I’ve worn a number of different hats since joining the paper’s staff in 1995 — features writer and editor, creator and editor of Adirondack Family Magazine, columnist, book publisher, legal counsel, and now, chief operating officer and assistant publisher.

Prior to joining the Chronicle family, I had a career as an environmental and historic preservation attorney, and before that, as an archaeologist. I am the mother of two adult sons, the human mother of two Soft-coated Wheaten Terrier girls; and the wife of Chronicle founder, editor and publisher, Mark Frost.
